Understanding development through capability.

Training is the stimulus applied to the athlete.

Testing provides structured evidence under defined conditions.

Competition shows how capability is expressed in a particular performance context.

Capability and interpretation

Capability represents the athlete's developed ability to produce, sustain, repeat and adapt performance.

Coach observation and notes provide context for interpretation. They support judgement, but are not presented as separate capability axes.

Capability Profile

The Capability Profile is represented through eight axes in this order:

Technical Control, Efficiency, Robustness of Efficiency, Aerobic Capacity, Anaerobic Capacity, Power & Speed Expression, Adaptability, Durability.

What it supports

Clearer interpretation, more consistent decisions, and less reactive coaching across the season.

Framework language is kept practical for coaches and parents.

What it does not do

It does not replace judgement or make coaching decisions automatically.

Detailed V6 engine alignment is handled separately from this public content update.
