Measuring Development
Measuring Development focuses on how swimmer development can be observed and measured without reducing it to isolated numbers.
It brings together coaching observation, structured swimming testing, repeated evidence and longitudinal tracking so that changes can be interpreted as patterns over time. The emphasis is on protecting the meaning of evidence and understanding what a result can — and cannot — tell a coach about development.
Within the Capability Series, the book provides the measurement bridge between training, adaptation, capability and performance.
